Printable Creations are back! July was a super busy month (you can read more about what I did in my post from Monday, read it here!) but I am excited to be sharing my printables again. Parts of my blog schedule are changing, but Printable Creations are continuing each and every Wednesday so if you are subscribed, the free printables will be coming back to your inbox each week. If you are not subscribed, you can subscribe at the bottom of the post. Now on to this week’s printable, which I am really excited to share. It is probably one of my favorites. I came across this bible verse as I was prepping for a youth bible study a couple of weeks ago. We are going through the book of Philippians. I was reading ahead and this verse caught my eye:

“Do all things without murmuring and arguing, so that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine like stars in the world.” -Philippians 2:14-15 (NRSV)

This verse also goes along perfectly with the theme of my post on Monday. I talked about defining my why. Over the last month I thought a lot about why I do what I do and determined that I want to be a light in world. I want to shine like a star in the darkness. I want to inspire and encourage others. My challenge to you this week is to shine like star in whatever you do.

Each week I design and post a new Printable Creation that will be available for free to my readers. You can subscribe below to get this week's and all future Printable Creations in your inbox every Wednesday.

Free inspirational printable from Raye Allison Creations. This week is a verse from Philippians, "...Shine like stars in the world." Printables are great for home or office decor, classrooms, church bulletin boards, and so much more!

Creating the Creation

Tools I used: blob brush

Showing my process for creating this week's Printable Creation

After I read the verse, the idea for the printable pretty quickly popped into my head and I actually sketched it on the back of my bible study notes from the previous week. Using the blob brush tool, I sketched my idea in illustrator and then refined the shapes of the letters. I then added the asterisk stars in the background. I kept this one pretty simple. Enjoy!

Each Printable Creation will only be available until the next Wednesday when I post a new printable. But the printable won't be gone forever! Once a new week rolls around and I post a new printable, I add the previous printable to my Etsy shop.
